Refund requests will be honored within the first 30 days of buying a plan. Shivdev Digital India Private Limited will use commercially reasonable efforts to try to resolve the problem at no additional charge. If those efforts are unsuccessful, Shivdev Digital India Private Limited will provide a reasonable refund for fees charged at the discretion of Shivdev Digital India Private Limited.
End Users who meet the requirements may request a refund by following the process described below. Refunds will be granted only if all of the instructions below are followed.
- Refund requests must be sent via e-mail to email@example.com. No requests via postal, fax or in person will be accepted.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the service is purchased from the Shivdev Digital India Private Limited website.
- Refund request must include a detailed report of why you desire a refund. All refund requests are subject to review and remote login. A refund will be granted only if Shivdev Digital India Private Limited is unable to solve the problem.
The refund will be credited to the credit/debit card used for the purchase.
Only one refund per household per calendar year.
Shivdev Digital India Private Limited does not cover the cost of parts, hardware, software, hardware replacement or repair. Any refund requests from users that experience hardware failure will not be granted, as hardware malfunctions are not insured, covered, or warranted by Shivdev Digital India Private Limited or any of its affiliates.
All products/Services provided will be supported for the length of the license provided. We would like you to contact Shivdev Digital India Private Limited for any issues/disputes with billing/Payment at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds (including partial refunds) are subject to the decision of Shivdev Digital India Private Limited.
